(Tax ID: 998198461, GEMI Number: 092418624000), which is based in the Municipality of Zakynthos, at Anapafseos 10 Street and has as its object of business the trade of food and household goods, maintaining a chain of supermarkets (Super Market) in Athens and Zakynthos. Before starting your browsing in our online store and before each transaction, make sure that you have consulted and accept the following terms and conditions that apply and are specifically applied to the use of the online store of LEON S.A., www. plessasthemarket.gr. Any use of the page www.plessasthemarket.gr implies your express and unconditional consent and agreement with these terms.

2. Terms of Use

LEON S.A. reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew these terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store, according to its needs and/or transactional customs. LEON S.A. undertakes the obligation to inform users of any modifications as well as any change through the website of this online store. It is clarified that the change of terms does not refer to orders that you have already placed before these changes. Please regularly check the page at the bottom of the site "terms of use" for any change or modification.

3. Limitation of Liability

LEON S.A. will take care to the extent possible for the delivery of orders, since this depends on the availability of products. It ensures the continuous supply of products, but cannot be committed to the delivery of the order in its entirety, if there are shortages in the warehouses. The online store of LEON S.A. bears no responsibility for any technical problems that may occur to users when they attempt to access the said websites or during their visit to them and are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the websites.

The consumer is invited to check before purchasing and certainly before consuming a product the ingredient information listed on the product, paying special attention to allergens.

The information of the online store www.plessasthemarket.gr for the products does not replace the information found on the product label and in case of discrepancy, the information on the label prevails.

LEON S.A., faithfully adhering to the principles governing the protection of personal data provided for by the relevant laws and international conventions, undertakes that it will not proceed with any unlawful use without your prior approval. All information related to your personal information and transactions is secure and confidential. There are two codes used to identify you: the Login Code (username/e-mail) and the Personal Secret Security Code (password), which each time you enter them ensure absolutely secure access to your personal information. In case of loss or leakage of your personal data, you must immediately inform LEON S.A., otherwise the online store www. plessasthemarket.gr and LEON S.A. are not responsible for the use of the secret code by an unauthorized person.

A necessary condition for the initiation of any transaction with www.plessasthemarket.gr is the disclosure of some of your personal information. During an order, you will be asked for your full name, the address to which you want the products sold to be sent, your home phone number (or any other phone number you want that could be used for your better service) and your e-mail address. After the value of your order is confirmed, you will be taken to the next stage, that of Payment. You can at any time change the personal information you have provided to us or limit or cancel the use of some of this information. All information related to your personal information is guaranteed as confidential. 5. Product Selection-Purchase

All super prices are valid for a predetermined period of time provided that the offered item is in stock. The charge will be based on the prices that were in effect and posted on www.plessasthemarket.gr at the date and time of order submission. Product additions that are entered in the comments or notes of the order are excluded. In this case, the products will be priced at the price that will be in effect on the day of delivery of the order. In a specific code list for beers, soft drinks, carbonated waters, there may be an additional charge for the glass bottle. By returning the empty bottle to one of the physical stores of LEON S.A. you will receive a credit note back that will be redeemed with your next purchase.

It is noted that in cases of incorrect prices due to human error, the price given by the cashier always applies. The prices are valid until the end of the corresponding promotional actions or until stocks run out. There is a possibility that they may change without prior notice. Product prices include VAT.

Fresh products and specifically meat/fruit/vegetables/cheese/cold cuts due to their nature will be weighed on the day the order is placed and therefore the price will be formed in the following way: in the event that the price valid on the day the order is placed differs from that of the day of completion, then the final price charged will be the most advantageous for the customer.

6. Order execution and delivery.

In Zakynthos, the minimum order in case of delivery to your place is 50 € and shipping is FREE. In case of collection from the store, there is no minimum order. For Attica, we will only serve wholesale orders and delivery will be made to the cooperating agency.

In Zakynthos, cash on delivery will be FREE while in Attica payment for wholesale orders can only be made by card or bank deposit.

For products on weight, the final weight may deviate from the quantity at the time of order with a difference of approximately +-10%. When accepting the terms of www. plessasthemarket.gr the user automatically accepts this deviation. Therefore, the final charge for products on weight will be based on their final weight and the daily price at the time of order execution.

The delivery of products and orders is made exclusively in 100% biodegradable and compostable bags and there is no other option for the delivery of the products. These bags will be charged at the price of 0.10 € (including VAT) each, plus the environmental fee of 0.09 €. Before completing each order, clear information will be provided about the cost of bags. This cost will be estimated each time as the size of the products in the order will determine each time how many biodegradable and compostable bags will be used for the delivery of the order. LEON S.A. and its partners take all necessary measures for the timely transport of your order according to the delivery schedule, however, it cannot guarantee either the arrival time or the exact delivery time of the products in the order, as these depend on the transport conditions. LEON S.A. is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure events such as strikes, severe weather events, etc.

Deliveries are made with our own fleet that guarantees the freshness and proper maintenance of all products. In addition, deliveries to remote areas of the island are made 2 days a week. In addition, the customer is given the opportunity to place his order online and pick it up himself from the Kipi store. The customer has the opportunity through the Plessas The Market platform to choose the method he wishes for delivery.

In Attica, deliveries for wholesale orders will be made 3 times a week.

7. Return-Replacement of Products

Returns of goods

Returns through communication between the customer and the Kipi store are only made for products that are non-perishable and must meet the following conditions:

a) They are in good condition for sale,

b) they are not short-lived,

c) in the case of a product sold 1+1 free, both products are returned.

Exceptions are returns that are certified directly by the driver upon delivery of the products (damage during transport).

Returns of goods after delivery of the order due to incorrect customer selection or due to an error by the store

In the event that the customer regrets the purchase of a product, the product is returned within 15 days with its receipt to the Kipi store (it is noted here that the above conditions must always be met).

Returns with a quality problem

For returns due to a quality problem, the customer returns the product within 15 days with its receipt at the Kipi store (it is noted here that the above conditions must always be met).

In the event of a return of a product/products as above, and if you choose to return the amount paid and not exchange the product for another of equal or greater value, if the order was paid via credit card, the refund will be made to the debited credit card within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product, while in the event that the order was paid via cash on delivery, the refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product, by crediting the account of which you are the beneficiary, and which you will indicate and notify us in writing or through a direct refund from the Kipi cashier. We should emphasize that the refund is free of charge, meaning we will refund you the full value of the product you are returning.

8. Order Delay

The delivery of your order may be delayed during periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of the ordered products. It may also be delayed if it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or by e-mail (if a problem occurs with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your registered details are not correctly updated. In the event that the product you ordered is out of stock, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to provide you with all alternative solutions. It is noted that the collection of products of your order takes place on the day of receipt, and that there is no commitment of quantities until the collection process.
